Amsterdam, NL Last week CosmicNavigation came in 2nd at the Challenger award which is being held every year by the renowned business magazine SPROUT
Each year SPROUT organizes the CHALLENGER award. This award goed to the company that challenges the market leaders in their line of business.
This year CosmicNavigation came in 2nd, right behind Makelaarsland. Olivier Chevalier: „We congratulate everyone at Makelaarsland and we are not ashamed to finish right behind them“.

Amsterdam, NL CosmicNavigation has been ranked as nr 3 in the technology Rising Star competition.
The competition is an annual ranking of tech companies that are on their way to becoming marketleaders in their specific segment.
Well known companies have competed in the RisingStar competition before, such as TomTom and Coolblue.
Patrick Tjon Pian Gi, who is the companies Operations Manager, represented the company during this high profile event.
In a 3 minute elevator pitch, Patrick caught the room’s attention and drew a clear picture of the companies achievements and ambitions.

CosmicNavigation conquers 9% marketshare in TomTom's backyard.

Amsterdam, NL CosmicNavigation has grown considerably this past year.
2008 will prove to be the most succesfull year in the companies three year existence.
One of Cosmic’s brands, CarTrek, has closed some high volume deals in the Benelux. After analysing the official GFK numbers and the CarTrek sales in the Benelux, it became clear that CarTrek is the number 3 brand in the Netherlands with a marketshare of 9%. TomTom takes the number 1 spot and Garmin the nr 2, battling it out with CarTrek who is expected to take the nr 2 spot by the end of 2008. |
